Household Guidelines

Our standard pet sitting services are designed for households with up to two dogs and two cats.

If you have additional pets, we'll be happy to create a customized care plan and quote based on your household's needs.

Holiday Service Notice

Due to increased demand, a holiday service fee applies to pet sitting visits scheduled on the following holidays:

• New Year's Day

• Easter Weekend

• Memorial Day Weekend

• Independence Day (July 4th) Weekend

• Labor Day Weekend

• Thanksgiving Weekend

• Christmas Eve

• Christmas Day

• New Year's Eve

Holiday Cancellation Policy

Holiday reservations are in high demand and require advance scheduling.

To avoid holiday cancellation fees, cancellations must be made at least seven (7) days before your scheduled service. Cancellations made within seven days of a holiday booking may be subject to the full holiday service fee.
