K9 Tails on Trails was created out of a genuine love for dogs and the incredible outdoor lifestyle Juneau offers. We believe dogs thrive when they can be dogs — running, sniffing, exploring, playing with friends, and burning off energy in natural environments.

We offer a complete range of professional pet services designed around your dog’s needs and your lifestyle:
Trail Walks & Hikes
Flexible morning and afternoon options, including 15-, 30-, and 60-minute walks plus 90-minute adventures. Dogs get to stretch their legs, explore their natural environment, burn energy, and socialize with friends. Additional dogs from the same household receive a 50% discount. Holiday rates apply.
Pet Sitting, & Drop-In Visits
scheduled check-ins (morning, mid-day, or evening) that include potty breaks, short walks, fresh food & water, medication administration if needed, and lots of love and attention. Perfect for vacations, workdays, or busy schedules.
Poop Scooping Services
One-time or recurring yard clean-ups (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) for residential and commercial properties. Safe, eco-friendly, and discreet — we handle the mess so you don’t have to.

Animal Taxi Service
Safe, climate-controlled rides to vet appointments, grooming, daycare, or anywhere your pet needs to go. Real-time updates and one-way or round-trip options available.

Mobile Dog Gym (New!)
We’re thrilled to now offer our Mobile Dog Gym service — a fully equipped, branded van that brings professional canine fitness and enrichment directly to your dog.
Whether your pup needs extra conditioning, strength and agility work, balance and coordination exercises, mental stimulation, or just a fun, structured way to burn energy, our mobile gym delivers tailored sessions on the go. It’s ideal for high-energy dogs, seniors, dogs working on weight management or rehab (with vet approval), or any dog that would benefit from variety beyond trail walks. Convenient, customized, and designed to keep your dog happy, healthy, and thriving.
